This is so useful and also why I’m THE WORST LETTERER. ahaha I think I’ve broken most, if not all of these rules at least once, but probably more. Rule #1 I never even noticed when reading other comics, and I’m usually a better observer than that. Lettering is really one of the things that just sort of eludes me on a grand scale. Still not quite sure what direction to take with it in my comics either. » Might just go balls out and make ALL of it expressive since my hand-writing is awful even when I spend hours making it neat.
